With the Logitech JumpStart service, Logitech is offering expert resources to support the initial integration of Logitech SmartDock and Microsoft Surface Pro with the software, networks, and systems used for Microsoft Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams meetings. IT professionals receive 90 days of access to Logitech JumpStart when they purchase a bundle that includes Logitech SmartDock and a Microsoft Surface Pro configured as a Skype Room System. Logitech JumpStart support service for SmartDock provides access to configuration and support resources to assist with system, software, and security configuration. Upon Logitech acceptance of a valid request for support and confirmation of JumpStart service eligibility, Customer will be entitled to receive support in English during 90 (ninety) days from the purchase date of the Product in accordance with these Terms. All support will be provided remotely. Logitech is not obligated to provide support for: the bundled computer (such as NUC or Microsoft Surface Pro), non-Microsoft code, or code that has been customized by Microsoft, Microsoft products that are not in the mainstream support phase, repair or on-site maintenance of the Products, incidents with Products that have been modified by someone else, products damaged by fire, virus, power surge or other events, incidents caused by a use of the Product for which it was not intended.
